For this reason we maintain 2 Allen factory authorized service technicians who are available to handle routine service as well as emergency service for all Allen instruments. This service is available in our entire 15 county service area from Marion Co. to the North to Collier Co. to the South.

In the unlikely event that an Allen requires service, it is performed by factory-trained Mathis Music technicians. These representatives keep a supply of spare parts on hand for service needs. The modular design found in our products ensures quick and easy service, without the necessity for on-site soldering. Allen Organ president, Steve Markowitz has pledged that the factory will continue to build and maintain parts for all organ models that were ever built by Allen.
